Meet Royalty's Owner

Phyllis Sharp, CLC,(CD)DONA

I discovered my fiery zeal for birth at age 17. I knew that a treasured goal, for my life, was to bear witness to and uplift those who were experiencing pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum.

Feeling called to serve those in my community, I became a DONA Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Certified Lactation Counselor.

I use my education to specialize in Prenatal and Postpartum education as well as comfort measures in labor and general lactation support.

I am a wife, a mother of five and grandmother to 9 beautiful children. My goal is to extend my love for my family into my community so that my clients feel empowered, educated & supported during their journey into motherhood.

Having been on this journey myself, many times, I know that it can occasionally feel overwhelming to mom and/or the entire family to navigate the process of birth and postpartum,  However my hope is to be there, through every aspect of it, to create stability, peace and growth.

Birth work is my life, my joy and I not only embrace it wholeheartedly but fervently love it! As our relationship with each other grows, it is my hope that we will begin as strangers but quickly become family!

Hi my name is Jamiee McClary!

I was born and raised in Rochester NY. I graduated from the University of Buffalo with my bachelors in Early Childhood Development. I then went on to study nursing at the University of Rochester, where I received my second bachelors degree through an accelerated program.

I’ve worked as a nurse in NYC, NC, and currently am working on a labor and delivery/postpartum/women’s health floor. I became a doula in 2022 because I wanted to be able to provide care to women and education them in a more involved setting. I am a mother and very family oriented. I am spiritual and very open minded. I look forward to serving the families in my community and helping to make a better future.

My name is Shanice Riggins.

I am a wife and a mom of 4 beautiful children. Since the age of 15 I knew I had a passion to love and support moms of all ages during their pregnancy, labor, birth & postpartum experiences. I also absolutely love babies and children!! For years I have been supporting family and friends during their pregnancies so when learned about Doulas and what they offer I stepped out on faith and became a certified Doula.

Now I can extend all my love, support, grace and joy to my community and become a gatekeeper for birthing persons and babies during this wonderful time. My hope is to offer Doula support to young teens who get little to no support from families. I believe that no matter what age you are you will always need support and community.

Hi I’m Whitney Breedlove.

I am a mother of one beautiful daughter. Early in my life I felt a calling to care for others. I started my career in the medical field as a nursing aide and was able to support families caring for loved ones for fourteen years. In 2020, I decided to follow my dreams and become a DONA certified birth doula so that I could give back to my community.

I am a community-based doula, certified fertility advocate, Infancy and Loss advocate, and Placenta Encapsulator Specialist.

This is my life’s work and I just want to share my experience and my knowledge to encourage, support and empower birthing persons to have the birth that they desire.
