I am a wife and a mom of 4 beautiful children. Since the age of 15 I knew I had a passion to love and support moms of all ages during their pregnancy, labor, birth & postpartum experiences. I also absolutely love babies and children!! For years I have been supporting family and friends during their pregnancies so when learned about Doulas and what they offer I stepped out on faith and became a certified Doula.

 

Now I can extend all my love, support, grace and joy to my community and become a gatekeeper for birthing persons and babies during this wonderful time. My hope is to offer Doula support to young teens who get little to no support from families. I believe that no matter what age you are you will always need support and community.

I am a mother of one beautiful daughter. Early in my life I felt a calling to care for others. I started my career in the medical field as a nursing aide and was able to support families caring for loved ones for fourteen years. In 2020, I decided to follow my dreams and become a DONA certified birth doula so that I could give back to my community.

 

I am a community-based doula, certified fertility advocate, Infancy and Loss advocate, and Placenta Encapsulator Specialist.

This is my life’s work and I just want to share my experience and my knowledge to encourage, support and empower birthing persons to have the birth that they desire.

Becoming a mother to my beautiful baby boy was the catalyst that led me to pursue my passion as a doula. During my pregnancy, I found it difficult to find the right support, especially as a young mother in 2022. This challenge inspired me to become the kind of doula I wished I had—someone who could provide guidance, comfort, and support.

 

My mission is not only to make it easier for mothers, especially young ones, to find a doula but also to ensure every woman has the opportunity to experience a birth that is as close to ideal as possible. Being part of a mother’s journey and helping them feel empowered during such a transformative time is what drives me every day.

I am deeply committed to improving maternal mortality rates and ensuring that every birthing person feels empowered, safe, and truly heard throughout their journey. As a mother to a vibrant 5-year-old, I understand how crucial it is to have support and compassion during life’s transitions.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Pre-Med minor from Xavier University, as mental and physical health have always been a key focus of mine. My mission is to help families build confidence, gain knowledge, and feel supported every step of the way—during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

I am dedicated to serving my community, and I am excited to share my passion and experience in hopes of contributing to a brighter, healthier future for all families.

I was born and raised in Rochester, NY, and my passion for birth began at a young age. In 2017, I first learned about the role of a doula, and I was immediately inspired by the positive impact this role could have on maternal health.

After giving birth to my son in 2021, I felt incredibly strong and empowered by the experience, and I wanted other families to feel the same way. In 2022, I earned my birth and postpartum doula certification, as well as my prenatal yoga certification, eager to share the knowledge I had gained with my community. In 2024, I became a breastfeeding peer counselor and began my journey toward becoming a Certified Lactation Counselor.

My mission is to help families feel supported, educated, and empowered throughout their pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum journey.

I am a mother of two beautiful children & a god-fearing woman trying to walk in my purpose!

 

 I’ve been officially trained as a Doula since 2021 but I’ve had a passion and love for labor in my heart since I was a little girl watching “A baby story” on TLC with my mother. During my first pregnancy I discovered how much I adore the process the body goes through from pregnancy to Labor and delivery. I fell in love with the strength & control women can have over our minds & body. I enjoy helping every mother discover they can be at peace and enjoy the experience and journey of delivering a baby.

 

I breastfed my first child nearly 3 years, which led me to want to educate young women on breastfeeding and the amazing benefits it has for mother & baby.

 

I will continue supporting my community, teaching as many as possible so that we may continue to combat the increasing high statistics of maternal deaths in woman of color. In the future, I look forward to supporting women not only as a Birth Doula, but postpartum, antepartum, and lactation counseling.

Tiffany’s struggles with fertility gave birth to her passion for becoming a Certified Doula. She discovered her life’s purpose through her experiences and turned her pain into purpose. Through creating a warm, judgment-free safe haven for women to intimately connect, Tiffany guides her clients through their fertilityjourney with the ultimate faith of becoming a mother.
